  • How do I book a stay with Masaken?

    Search your dates on our website or message us directly. Once you book, we send your check-in details and a point of contact for your whole stay.

  • What is included in a Masaken home?

    Our homes are fully furnished with fast Wi-Fi, fresh linen and towels, a fitted kitchen, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cleaning is included between bookings.

  • Where are your properties located?

    Our homes are in sought-after Dubai areas close to the beach, Downtown, and the Marina. Each listing shows the exact location and the landmarks nearby.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Standard check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged, just ask us in advance.

  • Is there support during my stay?

    Yes. Our team is reachable throughout your stay for anything you need, from local recommendations to maintenance requests.

  • Can I list my own property with Masaken?

    Yes. Visit our Partner with Us page or contact us, and we will explain how we manage your apartment and share the returns with you.
